A 120-inch Glo-Ray heat strip that keeps food hot on the pass without drying it out.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRA-120 is a 120-inch standard watt infrared strip heater that holds food at serving temperature without drying them out or cooking them further. The extruded aluminum housing does not sag, and its reflector does not blacken, so the pre-focused heat pattern stays even across the holding area. It is rated 2100 watts and is built for 120, 208 or 240 volts, single phase, chosen at order. A built-in toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard. Units 108 inches and longer use tandem (end-to-end) elements that may be controlled separately.

The pre-focused pattern covers the whole holding surface with no cold spots, and the reflector does not blacken over time.
Extruded aluminum housing, 120" long, 6" deep and 2-1/2" high, does not sag. Insulation cuts heat loss.
A built-in toggle switch (15 A max.) sits on the chef's left side. Infinite controls, remote switches and remote boxes are options.
A wire guard under the metal-sheathed element protects it. The unit arrives factory assembled with mounting tabs.
At 120" the heater uses tandem (end-to-end) elements that may be individually controlled. It is not offered with the CE mark.
Single phase at 120, 208 or 240 volts, single phase, chosen at order. It draws 2100 watts: 17.5 A at 120V, 10.1 A at 208V, 8.8 A at 240V. Tandem 108" and longer units may need more than one switch at 120V; Hatco asks you to consult the factory.
Standard units are hardwired with 3 ft. of conduit. A cord and plug is offered only on units up to 72" wide (96" on export models), so this length is hardwired.
Hatco recommends 8" to 11" above the food for standard watt units. Over combustible surfaces keep at least 10" to the surface and 1" below the overshelf.
Yes, as an option at purchase: built-in (up to 12.2 A) or remote infinite switch. Hatco recommends a remote enclosure, mounted outside the heat zone.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed heating element is covered for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
