A 30-inch dual Glo-Ray heat strip with a 3-inch spacer that covers a 15-inch-deep holding area.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRA-30D puts two 30-inch standard watt heater sections side by side with a 3-inch spacer between them, for a deeper holding area: the unit is 30" wide and 15" deep. Pre-focused heat from metal-sheathed elements covers the whole holding surface, and the extruded aluminum housing does not sag. It is rated 900 watts at 120, 208 or 240 volts, single phase, chosen at order. A built-in toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard.
Measure the shelf: the heater is 30" long and 15" deep.
Two 6" heater sections with a 3" center spacer make a 15" deep unit that covers wider pans and plates.
Pre-focused heat from metal-sheathed elements covers the whole holding surface with no cold spots; the reflector does not blacken.
Extruded aluminum housings do not sag, and heavy-duty insulation cuts heat loss. Reinforced wire guards protect the elements.
A built-in toggle switch (15 A max.) sits on the chef's left side. Remote toggle or infinite switches and remote boxes are options.
Clear anodized is standard. Designer colors and Gloss finishes in anti-microbial paint and sneeze guards can be ordered with the unit.
Hardwired, single phase at 120, 208 or 240 volts, chosen at order. It draws 900 watts: 7.5 A at 120V, 4.3 A at 208V, 3.8 A at 240V.
The 3" spacer is a center section between the two 6" heater sections. It makes the unit 15" deep. Hatco also builds it with a 6" spacer (18" deep).
Hatco recommends 10" to 14" above the food. Dual units cannot be installed in combustible surroundings.
No box is needed: a toggle switch is built in. A remote control box (RMB) is an option and is sold separately.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed heating element is covered for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
