The Hatco GRA-54D is a standard watt Glo-Ray dual strip heater: two 6" aluminum heater sections joined by a 3" center spacer, for an overall size of 54" W x 15" D x 2-1/2" H. It is rated 1850 watts, single phase, and is built for 120V, 208V or 240V. Pre-focused reflectors spread the heat from the metal sheathed elements across the whole holding surface, so there are no cold spots. A toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard. Power leaves through conduit at the server's right. Voltage is set when the unit is ordered.
Measure the shelf: the heater is 54" long and 15" deep, and the switch sits on the chef's left end.
Two 6" heater sections with a 3" center spacer cover a 15"-deep area, so one unit heats a full-depth pass-through.
Specially designed reflectors aim the heat across the entire holding surface with no cold spots, and the reflector does not blacken over time.
The continuous extruded aluminum housing does not sag, even on long runs, and insulation keeps heat aimed down at the food.

Yes, as remote infinite switches in place of the toggle, max. 12.2 amps each. Dual units cannot have built-in infinite controls, and indicator lights are remote only.
Hatco covers defects for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal sheathed heating element has 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Register within 90 days of shipment.
Turn it off, unplug or switch off the breaker and let it cool. Wipe it daily with a water-dampened, non-abrasive cloth, use a non-abrasive cleaner on stubborn stains, then wipe dry. Do not steam clean, use a jet spray or soak it.
