A 132-inch Glo-Ray strip heater that mounts over a pass-through or holding shelf and keeps plated food hot without drying it out.
The Hatco GRAH-132 is a high watt Glo-Ray aluminum strip heater, 132" W x 6" D x 2-1/2" H, rated 3120 watts, single phase. It is built for 120V, 208V or 240V, and the voltage is set when the unit is ordered. Pre-focused reflectors spread the heat from a metal sheathed element across the whole holding surface with no cold spots. A toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard, with 36" flexible metal conduit and 42" wire leads at the server's right. Models 108" and wider use tandem, end-to-end elements that can be controlled separately.
Measure the shelf: the heater is 132" long and 6" deep, and the switch sits on the chef's left end.
Specially designed reflectors aim the heat across the entire holding surface with no cold spots, and the reflector does not blacken over time.
The continuous extruded aluminum housing does not sag, even on long runs, and insulation keeps heat aimed down at the food.
3120 watts across 132" for longer holding distances; Hatco recommends a 11" to 14" mounting height.
Units 108" and wider have end-to-end elements that can be controlled separately, so you heat only the section in use.
Clear anodized aluminum is standard; 12 Designer and Gloss finishes are optional at order. Non-standard colors cannot be returned.

Hatco recommends 11" to 14" for high watt units. Keep it at least 13-1/2" above combustible surfaces and 3" from a combustible wall.
Yes. An infinite control is available built in (max. 12.2 amps, remote installation recommended) or as a remote switch, ordered with the unit. The standard toggle switch is rated max. 15 amps.
Hatco covers defects for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal sheathed heating element has 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Register within 90 days of shipment.
Turn it off, unplug or switch off the breaker and let it cool. Wipe it daily with a water-dampened, non-abrasive cloth, use a non-abrasive cleaner on stubborn stains, then wipe dry. Do not steam clean, use a jet spray or soak it.
