The Hatco GRAH-144 is a Glo-Ray high watt aluminum infrared strip heater, 144" wide and 6" deep. Its pre-focused heat pattern covers the whole holding surface with no cold spots, so food stays hot without drying out. It draws 3450 watts on 120V, 208V or 240V single phase, chosen at order, with toggle switch control at the chef's left side.
The size number is the overall length: the GRAH-144 is 144" wide, so measure the shelf or pass-through for that.
