Two high watt infrared heaters in one 24" housing keep a deep pass-through or a row of plated food hot and ready to serve.
The Hatco GRAH-24D3 is a Glo-Ray dual high watt aluminum infrared strip heater, 24" wide and 15" deep. Two 6" heater sections sit side by side with a 3" spacer for a deeper holding area, and the pre-focused heat pattern covers the whole surface with no cold spots. It draws 1000 watts on 120V, 208V or 240V single phase, chosen at order, with toggle switch control at the chef's left side.
The size number is the overall length: the GRAH-24D3 is 24" wide, so measure the shelf or pass-through for that.
A pre-focused heat pattern covers the entire holding surface, so food holds at serving temperature without drying out or cooking further.
A 3" spacer joins two 6" heater sections for a 15" deep unit that covers a deeper pass-through.
1000 watts from metal-sheathed tubular elements for mounting 14" to 18" above the food.
The continuous extruded aluminum housing does not sag across the full 24" width, and the reflector does not blacken, so the heat pattern stays even.
An on/off toggle switch, rated 15 amps maximum, sits at the chef's left side. Remote switches and control boxes are factory options.
Reinforced wire guards protect the element without blocking heat, and insulation minimizes heat loss.
Hatco recommends 14" to 18" above the food for high watt dual units. With built-in switches, keep at least 10" to the surface below; with remote switches, 8".
Single phase at 120, 208 or 240V, chosen at order. At 1000 watts it draws 8.3 A at 120V, 4.8 A at 208V, 4.2 A at 240V. It is hardwired through conduit with leads.
Hatco recommends a single unit for a 12" to 16" deep pass-through and a dual unit for a 20" to 24" deep pass-through.
