The Hatco GRAH-42-120-T-QS is a Glo-Ray high watt aluminum infrared strip heater, 42" wide and 6" deep. Its pre-focused heat pattern covers the whole holding surface with no cold spots, so food stays hot without drying out. This Hatco Quick-Ship stock item (AH42120T) is wired for 120V single phase, 950 watts, with a built-in toggle switch and conduit with leads.
The size number is the overall length: the GRAH-42-120-T-QS is 42" wide, so measure the shelf or pass-through for that.
A pre-focused heat pattern covers the entire holding surface, so food holds at serving temperature without drying out or cooking further.
