The Hatco GRAHL-48-120-TQS is a Glo-Ray high watt aluminum infrared strip heater with lights. A pre-focused heat pattern and a reflector that does not blacken spread even heat across the holding area, and 4 coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food. It is 48" wide, 9" deep and 2-1/2" high and rated 1,340 W. It is set up for 120V single phase. A built-in toggle switch sits on the chef's left side, and power comes in through 36" of flexible metal conduit with 42" wire leads. Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Metal-sheathed food warmer elements have 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Coated light bulbs are not covered. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
