A 84" overhead infrared heater that keeps plated food and holding pans hot at the pass without further cooking it.
The Hatco GRAM-84 is a Glo-Ray Max Watt infrared strip heater in a 84" extruded aluminum housing. A pre-focused heat pattern from a tubular metal-sheathed element bathes the whole holding surface. It is rated 2,400 W. Hatco rates Max Watt units at 25% more output than Glo-Ray high watt. Voltage is chosen when you order: 120V, 208V or 240V, single phase.
Install the remote control box outside the heat zone; switches mounted in the heat will fail early.

The 84" extruded aluminum housing does not sag, and heavy-duty insulation cuts heat loss. Clear anodized is standard.

GRAM-84 is built for 120V, 208V or 240V, single phase; pick it when you order to match your circuit. It draws 20.0 A at 120V, 11.5 A at 208V, 10.0 A at 240V. Hatco builds 120V versions with additional switches and tandem elements.
Hatco recommends 14" to 18" above the food using the adjustable angle brackets. In a pass-through, leave 1" above and 12" to the surface below.

Yes, at the time of purchase. Designer colors (Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green, Antique Copper) and Gloss finishes (Gleaming Gold, Glossy Gray, Bold Black, Brilliant Blue, Radiant Red) are optional. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco's limited warranty covers the unit for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed food warmer element gets 1 year parts and labor plus a second year on parts. Light bulbs are not covered.
The spec sheet shows cULus and NSF marks, and the unit is made in the USA.
