The Hatco GRAML-120 is a Glo-Ray Max Watt infrared strip heater with lights in a 120" extruded aluminum housing. A pre-focused heat pattern from a tubular metal-sheathed element bathes the whole holding surface. It is rated 4,000 W. Hatco rates Max Watt units at 25% more output than Glo-Ray high watt. 10 shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food. Voltage is chosen when you order: 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase. A 120/208V or 120/240V unit runs the lights on 120V and the heat on 208V or 240V.
Install the remote control box outside the heat zone; switches mounted in the heat will fail early.

The 120" extruded aluminum housing does not sag, and heavy-duty insulation cuts heat loss. Clear anodized is standard.
10 shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs light the food and guard against bulb breakage. A 60 W halogen bulb is an option.

A remote control enclosure with toggle switch and indicator light comes standard. An electronic infinite control box is a factory option.
GRAML-120 is built for 120/208V or 120/240V, single phase; pick it when you order to match your circuit. It draws 21.3 A at 120/208V, 19.2 A at 120/240V.
Hatco recommends 14" to 18" above the food using the adjustable angle brackets. In a pass-through, leave 1" above and 12" to the surface below.
Adjustable angle brackets and a remote control enclosure with toggle switch and indicator light. Stands and extended leads are factory options; chain suspension is an accessory.
Yes, at the time of purchase. Designer colors (Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green, Antique Copper) and Gloss finishes (Gleaming Gold, Glossy Gray, Bold Black, Brilliant Blue, Radiant Red) are optional. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco's limited warranty covers the unit for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed food warmer element gets 1 year parts and labor plus a second year on parts. Light bulbs are not covered.
The spec sheet shows cULus and NSF marks, and the unit is made in the USA.
