Hatco GRBW-48-120-QS Glo-Ray Buffet Warmer, 49" W, 3 Full-Size Pans, 120V Quick-Ship Model
A 49-inch countertop buffet warmer that keeps 3 full-size pans of hot food at serving temperature under a sneeze guard.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRBW-48-120-QS heats food from above with a pre-focused infrared metal sheathed element and from below with a thermostatically controlled heated base set from 80°F to 200°F. It holds up to 3 full-size pans (12-3/4" x 20-3/4"), with 4 shatter-resistant incandescent display lights and a plexi-glass sneeze guard. It runs on 120V, 17 A with a NEMA 5-20P plug. This is the 120V Quick-Ship version of the GRBW-48 in the standard anodized aluminum finish.
NSF asks that units over 36" wide or over 80 lb. be sealed to the counter or raised on legs; the 4" legs come with this size.
A pre-focused infrared element aims heat at the outer edges of the holding area, where heat loss is greatest. The heated base is thermostatically controlled from 80°F to 200°F.
Takes up to 3 full-size pans of 12-3/4" x 20-3/4". Hatco sells stainless food pans, trivets and pan rails as accessories.
4 shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food and guard against bulb breakage.
A sturdy 7-1/2" plexi-glass sneeze guard ships with the unit and bolts on with cap nuts.
One power switch turns on the base and top heat and the lights; a base heat knob sets the base temperature.
Up to 3 full-size pans measuring 12-3/4" x 20-3/4". Pans are not included; Hatco sells stainless pans in third, half and full sizes.
A grounded 120V receptacle that fits a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit draws 17 A.
The thermostat sets the heated base from 80°F to 200°F. The top heat runs whenever the unit is on, unless you order the optional infinite control for the top heat.
Yes, at the time of purchase only: seven Designer powder coat colors, a hardcoated surface, two plexi-glass side enclosures, a front acrylic enclosure, an infinite top heat control, and a 9-3/8" or 14" sneeze guard in place of the 7-1/2" one. Non-standard colors cannot be returned.
