Hatco GRCDH-3P Glo-Ray Designer Humidified Heated Display Case, Single Shelf, 3-Pan, 45-1/2" Wide, 120V
A curved-glass countertop case that keeps hot meals-to-go at serving temperature with infrared top heat and a heated base, plus humidity on the bottom shelf.
The Hatco Glo-Ray Designer GRCDH-3P is the 45-1/2"-wide single shelf model with a 3-full-size-pan bottom shelf. Pre-focused infrared heat from above aims at the outer edges, where heat loss is greatest, while a thermostatically controlled heated base warms from below. A heated water reservoir adds controlled humidity to the bottom shelf. Staff serve through two sliding rear doors, and the curved front glass tilts forward for cleaning. It runs on 120V and draws 10.5 amps.
NSF requires units over 36" wide or over 80 lb. to be sealed to the counter or raised; the included 4" legs allow cleaning access underneath.
Pre-focused, metal-sheathed infrared elements direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest.
The thermostatically controlled base adjusts from 100°F to 200°F, and the cool base construction keeps the outside of the base cool.
Relative humidity adjusts from 10% to 30% on the bottom shelf, with a low-water indicator. Hatco says it extends hold time up to four hours. A pan skirt for 2-1/2" deep pans is standard.
Curved tempered glass and glass sides show the food under 3 shatter-resistant incandescent lights. The front glass tilts forward for cleaning.
Stainless steel is standard. Seven Designer colors are factory options, ordered at time of purchase.
The bottom shelf is a 3-pan size with 43" x 21" of usable heated space. Hatco prints pan capacities for the non-humidified models and recommends 2-1/2" deep pans on the humidified bottom shelf.
120V, single phase. It draws 1255 watts and 10.5 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 6 ft. cord.
The heated base adjusts from 100°F to 200°F. Top heat and, on dual shelf models, center heat have their own controls.
A heated water reservoir in the base adds humidity to the bottom shelf only, adjustable from 10% to 30% relative humidity. A low-water light tells you when to refill.
This model has two sliding rear doors. Self-closing flip-up doors on the customer side and mirrored server-side doors are factory options.
Stainless steel is standard. Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper are factory options. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco lists an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Bulbs and glass are excluded, and failures from lime buildup are not covered.
