A portable countertop carving station that keeps roasts hot under ceramic radiant heat on a buffet or chef station.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRCSCL-24 projects high-intensity radiant heat from overhead ceramic elements over the whole carving area, with four shatter-resistant incandescent lights. The housing height adjusts to give 17-1/2" to 23-1/2" of clearance above the base. This model has no base heat; top heat is set with an infinite control. A right-hand sneeze guard is standard. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its 6 ft. cord.
The left-hand sneeze guard, drip pan and cutting board are accessories, not included.
