Hatco GRCSCLH-24 Glo-Ray Countertop Carving Station with Heated Base, Ceramic Top Heat, 4 Lights, 120V
A portable countertop carving station that keeps roasts hot under ceramic radiant heat on a buffet or chef station.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRCSCLH-24 projects high-intensity radiant heat from overhead ceramic elements over the whole carving area, with four shatter-resistant incandescent lights. The housing height adjusts to give 17-1/2" to 23-1/2" of clearance above the base. A blanket-element heated base has its own thermostat, so top and base heat are set separately. A right-hand sneeze guard is standard. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its 6 ft. cord.
The left-hand sneeze guard, drip pan and cutting board are accessories, not included.

The ceramic top heat and the blanket-element base heat have independent controls, so you can set each one for the product.
Clearance from the base to the bottom of the warmer housing adjusts from 17-1/2" to 23-1/2".
The GRCSCL manual lists a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Hatco's spec sheet adds that the ceramic and blanket heating elements are covered against burnout and breakage for one year in the US and Canada.
