A plug-in countertop warmer that keeps fries and fried foods hot from above and below right where you bag and serve.
The Hatco GRFFBL is a Glo-Ray portable foodwarmer for holding fries and other fried foods next to the fryer, at a drive-through window or at a pickup station. A metal sheathed infrared element in the aluminum top housing radiates heat down onto the food, and a heated base with a preset automatic thermostat holds heat from below. Two shatter-resistant incandescent display lights light the holding area. The swing-away top lifts out of the way for fast access to the food. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its 6 ft. cord.
Hatco says to always operate it with food pans in place, so order pans with the warmer.
The metal sheathed infrared element radiates pre-focused heat from above to hold food at serving temperature without cooking it further.
The base conducts heat from below and has a preset automatic thermostat to keep temperatures consistent.
The upper housing swings away so staff can reach the food fast and clean underneath.
Two shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the food. Halogen or Chef LED bulbs are optional.
A built-in toggle switch turns it on and off. An infinite control is optional at order.
Clear anodized is standard; seven Designer colors and five Gloss finishes are optional at order. Five-pleat box and eight-pleat bag fry ribbons are sold separately.
A grounded 120V receptacle for a NEMA 5-15P plug. It draws 870 watts and 7.3 amps and comes with a 6 ft. cord.
The footprint is 12-3/4" wide by 24" deep, and the overall height is 16" to 20" depending on the clearance you choose.
Hatco builds it with 14" between the heated base and the heater as standard, for an 18" overall height. 12" (16" overall) and 16" (20" overall) are no-charge choices at order.
No. Stainless steel food pans, wire trivets and hardcoated fry ribbons (5-pleat box 5PLTBOX, 8-pleat bag 8PLTBAG) are sold separately.
Turn it off, unplug it and let it cool. Wipe it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not submerge it, steam clean it or use a jet spray.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months, counted from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Hatco lists metal sheathed food warmer elements at 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Bulbs are not covered.
