The Hatco GRFSL-24 is a Glo-Ray Fry Station Warmer with a metal-sheathed heating element in a 9" W x 24" D head on a swing-away post that bolts to the counter. Pre-focused heat holds fried foods at serving temperature without continuing to cook or dry them out. It runs on 120V at 620 watts (5.2 amps), and two shatter-resistant incandescent lights show off the product. It has an on/off toggle switch and an attached cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
Choose the clearance when you order. It sets how high the heater sits above your fry holding area.
The heater head swings away on its post mount for easy access to the food pans below.
The metal-sheathed element directs Glo-Ray pre-focused heat onto the holding area, keeping fried foods at serving temperature longer without drying them out.
The metal-sheathed element works at closer range, 10" to 13" above the holding area, and can take an optional infinite control.
An on/off toggle switch sits at the front of the unit. The heater reaches operating temperature in 20 to 30 minutes.
Two shatter-resistant incandescent lights light the holding area and protect food if a bulb breaks. A 60-watt halogen bulb is a factory option.
You choose the clearance when ordering: 10", 11", 12" or 13" (standard) above the holding area. Overall height is 12-1/2" to 15-1/2".
120V single phase, 620 watts, 5.2 amps. It comes with an attached cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for a standard grounded outlet.
The post bolts through a 1" hole in the countertop with the supplied hardware. The heater head swings away for access to the pans.
An infinite control is a factory option on the metal-sheathed models, ordered at time of purchase. Standard units have an on/off toggle switch at the front.
Hatco's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months, counted from shipment or from product registration, whichever is later. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of shipment.
