Hatco GRHD-2PD Glo-Ray Heated Display Case, Dual Shelf, 2-Pan, 32-1/2" Wide, 120V
A see-through countertop case that holds hot food at serving temperature with infrared heat from above and a heated base below.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRHD-2PD is the 32-1/2"-wide dual shelf heated display case for 2 full-size pans on the bottom shelf with a second, independently controlled upper shelf. A metal-sheathed infrared element aims heat at the outer edges of the holding surface while the thermostatically controlled base conducts heat from below. Full-view tempered glass sides and incandescent lights show the food, and staff serve through rollerless sliding doors on the back. It runs on 120V and draws 10.9 amps.
NSF requires units over 36" wide or over 80 lb. to be sealed to the counter or raised; the included 4" legs allow cleaning access underneath.
Pre-focused, metal-sheathed infrared heat is aimed at the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest.
The thermostatically controlled base adjusts from 100°F to 200°F to extend holding times. Cool base construction keeps the outside of the base cool.
The upper shelf has its own temperature control and holds 2 half-size pans or two 14" pizza pans.
Tempered glass sides and front with 6 coated, shatter-resistant incandescent lights show food from every angle.
Each shelf has its own rollerless sliding door on the server side. Flip-up doors and customer-side doors are factory options.
Built of stainless steel and aluminum, with 4" adjustable legs, a 6 ft. cord and plug, and a pan rail on the bottom shelf.

Hatco lists an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Bulbs and glass are excluded.
