Hatco GRHD-4PD Glo-Ray 4-Pan Dual Shelf Heated Display Case, 58.5" Countertop, 120V
A 58.5-inch countertop case that holds 4 full-size pans of hot food in full view under infrared heat, with a second heated shelf above.
The Hatco GRHD-4PD is a Glo-Ray dual shelf heated display case for hot food merchandising at delis, supermarkets and convenience stores. A pre-focused, metal sheathed infrared element heats from above while a thermostatically controlled base heats from below. The upper shelf has its own temperature control. It runs on 120V with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-30P plug.
Plan a dedicated 30 A 120V circuit for the NEMA 5-30P plug and at least 58.5" of counter run.
A pre-focused, metal sheathed infrared element aims heat at the outer edges of the shelf, where heat loss is greatest.
A thermostatically controlled base conducts heat from below. Hatco cool base construction keeps the outside of the base cool.
The 54" x 16.18" upper shelf has independent temperature control for a second tier of product.
Tempered glass on the front and sides shows the food. The server side has a rollerless sliding glass door for each shelf.
8 coated incandescent display lights light the food and protect it from bulb breakage.
The bottom shelf holds up to 4 full-size food pans. The top shelf holds 2 full-size, 4 half-size or 4 14" pizza pans.
120V, single phase, 2480 watts, 20.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-30P plug on a 6 ft. cord. Hatco also builds it for 120/208V or 120/240V at 11.9 amps with a NEMA L14-20P plug; voltage is set at order.
58.5" wide, 26" deep and 30.12" high including the 4" legs.
Stainless steel is standard. Hatco offers Designer colors, flip-up doors, sliding or flip-up doors on the customer side, mirrored server doors and halogen lights as options at the time of purchase. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco covers it under its limited warranty for 18 months from shipment or product registration. Bulbs, glass and fuses are not covered, nor is damage from liming.
