Hatco GRHDH-2P Glo-Ray 2-Pan Humidified Heated Display Case, 32.5" Countertop, 120V
A 32.5-inch countertop case that holds 2 full-size pans of hot food in full view under infrared heat and humidity to keep food moist.
The Hatco GRHDH-2P is a Glo-Ray heated display case with humidity for hot food merchandising at delis, supermarkets and convenience stores. A pre-focused, metal sheathed infrared element heats from above while a thermostatically controlled base heats from below. A heated water reservoir in the base adds humidity to the bottom shelf to extend holding time of most foods. It runs on 120V with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Plan a dedicated 15 A 120V circuit for the NEMA 5-15P plug and at least 32.5" of counter run.
A pre-focused, metal sheathed infrared element aims heat at the outer edges of the shelf, where heat loss is greatest.
A thermostatically controlled base conducts heat from below. Hatco cool base construction keeps the outside of the base cool.
A heated water reservoir (3 quarts) humidifies the bottom shelf. A pan skirt on the bottom shelf comes standard; Hatco recommends 2-1/2" deep pans there.
Tempered glass on the front and sides shows the food. The server side has a rollerless sliding glass door for each shelf.
4 coated incandescent display lights light the food and protect it from bulb breakage.
The bottom shelf holds up to 2 full-size food pans. Hatco recommends 2-1/2" deep pans on the humidified bottom shelf.
120V, single phase, 1190 watts, 9.9 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 6 ft. cord.
32.5" wide, 26" deep and 25" high including the 4" legs.
A heated water reservoir in the base holds 3 quarts and adds humidity to the bottom shelf. Hatco says this extends holding time of most foods. Water over 3.0 grains per gallon of hardness must be softened.
Stainless steel is standard. Hatco offers Designer colors, flip-up doors, sliding or flip-up doors on the customer side, mirrored server doors and halogen lights as options at the time of purchase. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco covers it under its limited warranty for 18 months from shipment or product registration. Bulbs, glass and fuses are not covered, nor is damage from liming.
