The Hatco GRNM-72 is the 72" Glo-Ray Narrow Max Watt infrared strip heater in a stainless steel housing. Its tubular metal-sheathed element and pre-focused heat pattern hold food at serving temperature without cooking it further, and Hatco rates the Max Watt line at 25% more output than Glo-Ray high watt. It draws 2075 watts, single phase, in 120, 208 or 240V; the voltage is set when you order. It is hardwired and ships without a switch: order an RMB2 series remote control box with it.
Plan where the remote control box goes before install: it must sit outside the heat zone or it will be damaged.
