A low-profile heated shelf, 15-1/2" deep, that keeps plated food and pans warm on a pass-through, buffet line or work counter.
The Hatco GRS-24-F is a Glo-Ray portable heated shelf 24" wide and 15-1/2" deep. A blanket-type element under the stainless steel top spreads heat evenly, and a built-in adjustable thermostat controls the surface temperature. Fiberglass insulation in the extruded aluminum base keeps the heat at the holding surface. It runs on 120V, 250 watts, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and stands 2-3/8" tall on 1" non-slip rubber feet.
Measure for the full 24" x 15-1/2" footprint, and leave room for the cord, which leaves the center of the control side.
A blanket-type heating element sits under the entire stainless steel top for uniform heat across the shelf.
Turn the built-in thermostat to set the surface temperature. A lighted on/off rocker switch shows when the shelf is on.
The extruded aluminum base is insulated with fiberglass, which keeps the heat at the holding surface.
The shelf stands only 2-3/8" tall on 1" non-slip rubber feet. 4" adjustable legs are an accessory for this width.
Hatco builds GRS shelves in 12 depths from 6" to 25-1/2". This 15-1/2" depth fits narrow counters and pass-throughs.
A standard 120V NEMA 5-15 receptacle. The shelf draws 250 watts, 2.1 amps, through a 6 ft. cord that leaves the center of the control side.
4" adjustable legs are an accessory for this width. A slant leg kit fits shelves 12" deep or deeper. Hatco's pan rail is made for the 19-1/2" deep shelves only.

Yes. A built-in adjustable thermostat controls the surface temperature. Turn the knob clockwise for more heat. Hatco offers a thermostat guard as a factory option.
Hatco designs it for metal countertops. For other materials, check with the countertop maker that the top can handle prolonged temperatures up to 200°F. Countertop damage is not covered by the Hatco warranty.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
