The Hatco GRS-30-G Glo-Ray Portable Heated Shelf is a 30" wide, 15.75" deep heated shelf that holds preheated food at serving temperature. A blanket-type foil element under the stainless steel top spreads heat evenly, fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the surface, and a built-in adjustable thermostat sets the surface from 80°F to 200°F. It sits on 1" rubber legs, stands 2.385" high and plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Have a grounded 120V NEMA 5-15 receptacle within reach of the 6 ft. cord; the shelf draws 3.1 A.
A blanket-type foil element covers the whole underside of the surface for uniform heat across the shelf.
A built-in adjustable thermostat sets the surface temperature. The power switch lights when the shelf is on, and it reaches operating temperature in about 30 minutes.
A stainless steel top on an extruded aluminum base, with fiberglass insulation that keeps heat at the holding surface.
Non-slip 1" rubber legs come standard on this width. 4" adjustable legs are an accessory.
Clear anodized aluminum is standard. Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper frames are factory options with anti-microbial coating; the top surface is not painted.
A standard grounded 120V outlet. The shelf draws 375 W and 3.1 A, and comes with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
The built-in thermostat adjusts the surface from 80°F to 200°F. Allow about 30 minutes to reach operating temperature, and put only food that is already heated to a safe temperature on the shelf.
Hatco rates pan capacity, and sells the accessory pan rail, for the 19.5" deep models only. This shelf is 15.75" deep, so check your pans, plates or packages against the 30" x 15.75" top.
Yes, at the time of purchase. Hatco offers Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper in place of the standard clear anodized finish. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
The spec sheet shows cULus, UL EPH Classified to ANSI/NSF 4, CE and UKCA marks. It is made in the USA.
Hatco covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from shipment or from registration, whichever is later, by repair or replacement. Register within 90 days of shipment.
