A two-shelf heated pickup station that holds bagged and boxed to-go orders hot for up to 30 minutes.
The Hatco GRS2G-3920-2 is a Glo-Ray 2-Go heated holding unit with 2 heated shelves, each 39" wide and 20" deep with 13" of clearance for pizza boxes and delivery bags. A touchscreen shows a separate temperature and timer for every shelf, and each heated base is thermostatically controlled. Hatco rates it to hold bags and boxes up to 30 minutes, with shelf temperatures up to 200°F. It runs on 120V, 704 watts, from a 6 ft. recessed cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Height does not include the 1-3/8" side wall mounting brackets.
The touchscreen shows a separate heat setting and countdown timer for every shelf. A flashing red timer warns at one minute left, and the unit beeps at zero.
Each 39" x 20" shelf has 13" of clearance, enough for pizza boxes and delivery bags.
2 thermostatically controlled heated bases in a stainless steel frame. The controller ships set to 150°F for each shelf.
The cord leaves the bottom shelf at a 45-degree angle, so the unit can sit flush against either wall.
Side and back panels are options, one panel per shelf, so you can keep it open both ways or close the back for single-sided access.
Hatco rates the Glo-Ray 2-Go shelves to hold bags and boxes up to 30 minutes. Each shelf has its own timer, preset to 30 minutes, so staff can see how long an order has been waiting.

Shelf temperature is set on the touchscreen, up to 200°F. Hatco presets each shelf to 150°F at the factory, and any shelf can be turned off.
It can sit on a counter. Hatco provides floor flanges and wall brackets so you can secure it against tipping.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later, and the manual states the heating elements are warranted for two years. Hatco offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
