Hatco GRSBF-66-I Glo-Ray Built-In Flush Top Heated Shelf, 67.5" x 21", 1330 W, 120V
A 66" x 19.5" heated zone set flush into your counter, so pizzas, pans and plated food stay hot right on the serving line.
The Hatco GRSBF-66-I is a Glo-Ray built-in rectangular heated shelf with a flush top. A blanket-type element under the hardcoated aluminum surface spreads heat evenly, and fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the holding surface. The shelf drops into a countertop opening on its 0.75" flange and sits 67.5" wide and 21" deep overall. A remote control box with an adjustable thermostat and lighted power switch connects through 36" of flexible conduit, and runs on 120V, 1330 watts, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Cut the opening to Hatco's 66.5" x 20" minimum and plan a spot for the control box within reach of the 36" conduit.
The hardcoated aluminum top sits level with the counter, so pans and pizza boards slide on and off the heat without a lip.
A blanket-type element under the whole surface gives uniform heat, and fiberglass insulation keeps it at the holding surface.
The standard box has the adjustable thermostat, an illuminated power switch and mounting brackets, on 36" of flexible conduit.
Hatco offers flush mount thermostatic or electronic (ITC) control boxes, Designer color bezels, and 6' or 10' conduit for the ITC box.
For any GRSBF size, the next larger GRA or GR2A strip heater fits over the top. The GR2A leaves about 4" of space.
Hatco lists a cut-out of 66.5" to 66.75" wide and 20" to 20.25" deep. The 0.75" flange rests on a countertop up to 1-1/4" thick.
The 6 ft. cord on the control box has a NEMA 5-15P plug. The shelf runs on 120V single phase and draws 1330 watts, 11.1 A.
Hatco recommends a metal countertop. For other materials, check that the top can take temperatures up to 200°F. Hatco is not responsible for counter damage caused by heat from the warmer.
For any GRSBF size, Hatco says the next larger GRA or GR2A strip heater will fit over the top. The GRA fits tight to the frame; the GR2A leaves about 4" of space.
GRSBF is Glo-Ray built-in flush top heated shelf. The number is the usable heated width and the letter is the usable depth: F is 15.5", I is 19.5", S is 24" and O is 30".
