A 30-inch self-serve warmer that holds wrapped or boxed hot food on two flat shelves under infrared top heat.
The Hatco GRSDH-30D is a Glo-Ray horizontal merchandising display warmer with two heated shelves. Pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest, over a thermostatically controlled, hardcoated heated base set between 185°F and 200°F. Coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights show the food, and tempered glass side panels give a full view. It runs on 120V, 1920 W, 16.0 A, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-20P plug.
The NEMA 5-20P plug needs a 20 amp NEMA 5-20R receptacle; standard 15 amp outlets will not take it.
Pre-focused infrared elements direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest.
A thermostatically controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F. Each heated shelf is controlled independently.
4 coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights show the food and protect it if a bulb breaks.
12 adjustable product divider rods, with an average chute width of 4.25". Extra stainless steel rods are an accessory.
Glossy Gray is standard. Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper are factory options (non-returnable).
A 120V NEMA 5-20R receptacle. It draws 1920 W, 16.0 A, through a 6 ft. cord at the left rear corner.
2 horizontal shelves, each with 28.75" x 16.5" of usable heated space, and 12 divider rods.
The heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F. Allow 30 minutes to reach operating temperature.
Designer colors, an LED Indicating Temperature Control, 5" sneeze guards, 60 W halogen bulbs, display sign holders and plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side. Chef LED bulbs and extra divider rods are accessories.
Hatco limited warranty: 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Bulbs, glass components and fuses are not covered. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
