The Hatco GRSDS-41D Glo-Ray Slant Merchandising Display Warmer holds hot wrapped or boxed food on two slanted shelves. Pre-focused infrared heat from above and a thermostatically controlled, hardcoated heated base (185°F to 200°F) keep food at serving temperature, and 6 shatter-resistant bulbs light it. It measures 41" W x 24.29" D x 32.4" H on 4" legs, with 39.59" x 21" of heated space per shelf and 16 divider rods. Power is 120/208-240V with NEMA L14-20P plug or 120V with two NEMA 5-15P plugs.
Have a grounded NEMA 5-15P or NEMA L14-20P receptacle of the right voltage within reach of the 6 ft. cord before the unit arrives.

Pre-focused infrared heat from above aims at the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest.
A thermostatically controlled, hardcoated heated base holds wrapped or boxed food from below. Each shelf has its own temperature control.
6 coated incandescent bulbs light the food and guard it from bulb breakage. Chef LED bulbs are an accessory.
Glossy Gray is standard. Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green, Antique Copper are factory options at the time of purchase; non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco builds it two ways. 120/208-240V: 2120 W, 9.1 A with NEMA L14-20P plug. 120V: 1090/1030 W, 9.1/8.6 A with two NEMA 5-15P plugs. Choose the version that matches your outlets; the 120V only version needs two separate circuits.

The heated base adjusts from room temperature up to about 185°F to 200°F, with infrared heat from above. It holds food that is already hot; it is not made to cook or reheat.

Hatco covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Bulbs, glass and fuses are not covered. Register within 90 days of shipment.
