A portable heated stone slab that keeps buffet food and hors d'oeuvres hot while matching a stone or decorative serving line.
The Hatco GRSS-3618 is a Glo-Ray portable rectangular heated simulated stone shelf, 35.88" wide and 17.88" deep. A blanket-type foil element heats the entire food-safe simulated stone surface evenly, and an adjustable thermostat controls the heated base. The standard surface is Swanstone in Ash Gray. It runs on 120V, 930 watts, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug; the cord, plug and switch are at the center of one side. It sits on rubber feet, 2.59" tall.
Leave room for the cord and switch at the center of one 17.88" side.
Made of approved food-safe materials. Swanstone Ash Gray is standard; Birch and Ice, or Dekton Rem, Domoos and Soke, are factory options.
A blanket-type foil element creates uniform heat across the entire simulated stone surface.
Turn the thermostat to set the heat. A lighted rocker switch shows when the shelf is on.
Move it to the buffet, carving station or hors d'oeuvre table; it plugs in where you need it.
Rubber feet are standard; 1" adjustable legs are a factory option for this size.
A 120V NEMA 5-15 receptacle. It draws 930 watts, 7.8 amps, through a 6 ft. cord at the center of the switch side.
Swanstone Ash Gray is standard. Birch and Ice Swanstone, and Dekton Rem, Domoos and Soke, are factory options. Non-standard colors are non-returnable, and Dekton units ship heavier.
Hatco makes the shelf of approved food-safe materials for buffet and hors d'oeuvre displays. Clean and sanitize the surface after deep cleaning.
Hatco says to allow 30 minutes to reach operating temperature after you turn it on.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Hatco also offers 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada.
