Hatco HDW-1.5R2 Split Drawer Warmer, 3 Shallow Drawers with 2-1/2" Pans, 990 W, 120V
Holds low-profile foods like bacon, sausage, hot dogs and rolls in single layers, in shallow drawers you control one by one.
The Hatco HDW-1.5R2 is a freestanding split drawer warmer with three shallow drawers. It is made for foods that are low in height or should not be stacked, such as bacon, sausage, hot dogs, rolls, pot pies and delicate items. Each drawer has its own thermostat, temperature monitor and sliding vents, and comes with a 20-3/4" x 12-3/4" x 2-1/2" stainless pan; each drawer also takes one half-size sheet pan. It runs on 120V with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and stands on 4" legs.
Keep it at least 1" from combustible walls, indoors where the room stays at 70°F or warmer. Casters are not available for this model.
Three reduced-depth drawers hold low foods in single layers instead of stacking them.
Each drawer has its own temperature control knob and temperature monitor; one switch powers the unit.
Sliding vents on each drawer set the moisture level; a no-vent version is a factory option.
The drawers fully extend so the pans come out without tilting.

It comes with 3 stainless pans, 20-3/4" x 12-3/4" x 2-1/2" deep, one per drawer. Each drawer also fits one half-size sheet pan.
A grounded 120V outlet for its NEMA 5-15P plug. It draws 8.3 A at 990 W (8.5 A and 1,020 W with the optional touchscreen control).
It is 28-7/8" W x 16-1/2" D x 19.43" H on its 4" legs, and 17-3/4" deep with the handle. If you remove the legs, seal it to the counter.
A touchscreen temperature and timer control and a no-vent drawer version are factory options. Extra stainless pans are accessories. Casters, color fronts, the chip guard and the water/spillage pan are not available for split drawer models.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. The manual says the blanket heating elements are warranted for one year and the drawer slides against breakage for two years.
The spec sheet shows cULus and NSF marks and a Made in USA mark.
