Delivery and setup
- Inspect the crate for damage before you sign, and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Approximate shipping weight is 159 lb.
- Cut a 28-3/8" W x 24" D x 20-1/4" H opening at least 1" above the floor, and fasten a locking strip to the lower front lip of the opening.
- A qualified electrician connects the unit's conduit leads to the supply inside the cabinet; apply NSF-approved sealant between the flange and cabinet face, then slide the unit in until it locks.
- Allow 15 to 20 minutes to preheat, and run it empty the first time: manufacturing oils may smoke for up to 30 minutes.
- Clean daily once cool: wash the pans, wipe the cavity and front with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner. No bleach, oven cleaner, steam or jet spray.
