Hatco HDW-3 Freestanding Drawer Warmer, 3 Drawers, 1,350 W, 120V, 208V or 240V
Holds rolls, meats and sides hot and moist in three separately controlled drawers, so food is ready when the rush hits.
The Hatco HDW-3 is a freestanding drawer warmer with three insulated drawers. Each drawer has its own recessed thermostat, temperature monitor, On/Off switch and sliding vents, so you can hold different foods at the right heat and moisture. A 6" deep, full-size stainless pan comes with each drawer. The cabinet is stainless steel, the drawers roll on nylon rollers on 12-gauge stainless slides, and it stands on 4" legs with a 6 ft. cord and plug. Voltage is chosen at order: 120V (NEMA 5-15P) or 208V/240V (NEMA 6-15P).
Keep it at least 1" from combustible walls, indoors where the room stays at 70°F or warmer, away from fans and air ducts.

Sliding vents on each drawer let you hold crisp foods dry or soft foods moist.
Completely insulated individual cavities keep heat in and use less energy.
Drawers roll on nylon rollers on 12-gauge stainless steel slides.
Each drawer comes with a full-size 6" deep stainless pan. On standard width models it lifts straight out.
Each standard drawer holds about 6 to 8 dozen dinner rolls, 25 to 30 lb. of ribs, or 3 to 3-1/2 dozen potatoes.
Pick the voltage when you order. At 120V it draws 11.3 A and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug; at 208V (6.5 A) or 240V (5.6 A) it uses a NEMA 6-15P plug. All versions are 1,350 W, single phase.
The cabinet is 29-1/2" W x 22-5/8" D x 31-1/4" H, 35-1/4" H on the standard 4" legs. Allow 1-3/8" more depth for the handle and 1" from combustible walls.
Slide each drawer's vent open for crisp foods like hard rolls, fried items and meats, half open for soft rolls and vegetables, and closed for fish. For extra moisture, add the optional water/spillage pan with about 1/4" of water under the food pan.
Factory options: Designer color drawer fronts, touchscreen temperature and timer control, an oversized 20" x 15" x 5" drawer and pan, a biscuit pan drawer and a chip guard. Accessories: trivet, water/spillage pan, splash baffle, extra stainless pans, 6" adjustable stainless legs and 2", 3" or 5" casters.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Drawer warmer elements and drawer rollers and slides get 1 year parts and labor plus a second year on parts.
