Builds three heated holding drawers into your cabinetry, with separate controls and vents for each.
The Hatco HDW-3B is a built-in drawer warmer with three insulated drawers. It slides into a cabinet cut-out, locks behind a locking strip, and is hardwired through 4 ft. of flexible conduit. Each drawer has its own recessed thermostat, temperature monitor, On/Off switch and sliding vents, and a 6" deep, full-size stainless pan. Drawers roll on nylon rollers on 12-gauge stainless slides. Voltage is chosen at order: 120V, 208V or 240V, single phase.
You supply the locking strip at the lower front lip of the cut-out and a properly sized electrical supply inside the cabinet.
Each drawer has its own recessed thermostat, temperature monitor and On/Off switch.
Sliding vents on each drawer let you hold crisp foods dry or soft foods moist.
Completely insulated individual cavities keep heat in and use less energy.
Locking studs drop behind a locking strip in the cut-out, and the flange seals to the cabinet face.
Drawers roll on nylon rollers on 12-gauge stainless steel slides.
28-3/8" W x 24" D x 30-3/8" H, with at least 1" between the floor and the cut-out. The depth includes 1-1/2" for the conduit connector.
It is hardwired through 4 ft. of flexible conduit. Choose 120V (11.3 A), 208V (6.5 A) or 240V (5.6 A) when you order; all are 1,350 W, single phase.
Each standard drawer holds about 6 to 8 dozen dinner rolls, 25 to 30 lb. of ribs, or 3 to 3-1/2 dozen potatoes.
Slide each drawer's vent open for crisp foods like hard rolls, fried items and meats, half open for soft rolls and vegetables, and closed for fish. For extra moisture, add the optional water/spillage pan with about 1/4" of water under the food pan.
Factory options: Designer color drawer fronts, digital or touchscreen temperature control, an oversized 20" x 15" x 5" drawer and pan, a biscuit pan drawer and a chip guard. Accessories: trivet, water/spillage pan, splash baffle and extra stainless pans.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Drawer warmer elements and drawer rollers and slides get 1 year parts and labor plus a second year on parts.
