Hatco HDW-SPILL Water/Spillage Pan for HDW Drawer Warmers, One Per Drawer
Sits under the food pan in a Hatco drawer warmer to add moisture or keep spills off the cabinet floor.
The Hatco HDW-SPILL is the optional water/spillage pan for Hatco HDW freestanding and built-in drawer warmers. It fits in the drawer underneath the food pan. Add about 1/4" of water for a moist hold, or use it dry to keep spills out of the cabinet. Order one per drawer.
Hatco recommends the HDW-SPLASH splash baffle, sold separately, on top of the water.
About 1/4" of water in the pan humidifies the drawer for foods that hold best moist.
Used dry, it keeps spillage off the cabinet interior.
It slides into the drawer below the standard food pan.
Hatco HDW freestanding and built-in drawer warmers, standard and narrow. Hatco excludes the HDW-1R2, -1.5R2 and -2R2 split-drawer models and drawers with the BIS Drawer or OS-PAN option.
Hatco's manual says about 1/4" of water, added before the food pan goes in. Check the level periodically and top it up.
Hatco recommends it. The HDW-SPLASH stainless baffle sits over the water and stops it splashing into the cabinet when the drawer opens and closes. It is sold separately.
