The Hatco HDWTC-3 is a freestanding drawer warmer with three insulated drawers and a touchscreen controller on top, angled for easy reading. The controller sets the temperature and a hold timer for each drawer, with visual and audio alerts. A blanket heating element gives even heat through the cavity, adjustable vents set the moisture, and each drawer comes with a 6" deep pan. The drawer frame adjusts for full-, half- or third-size pans up to 6" deep. It runs on 120V with a recessed 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and stands on 4" adjustable legs.
Keep it at least 1" from combustible walls, indoors where the room stays at 70°F or warmer.
The controller on top is angled for visibility and sets temperature per drawer; it comes preset to 180°F.
Each drawer has a hold timer with visual and audio alerts to flag holding times.
A blanket element design promotes uniform temperatures through each insulated cavity.
The drawer frame adjusts for full-, half- or third-size pans up to 6" deep, and pans lift straight up.

On the top touchscreen, drawer by drawer. It comes preset to an air temperature of 180°F, and each drawer has a hold timer that flashes and beeps when time is up.
Each standard drawer holds about 6 to 8 dozen dinner rolls, 25 to 30 lb. of ribs, or 3 to 3-1/2 dozen potatoes.
A grounded 120V outlet for its NEMA 5-15P plug. It draws 8.8 A at 1,055 W.
It is 24-1/2" W x 25.6" D x 32.41" H on its 4" legs, and 27-1/8" deep with the handle. 6" legs add 2" of height.
Factory pan options: 6" deep pan, oversized 20" x 15" x 5" pan, or no pan. Accessories: trivet, stainless pans, 6" stainless or plastic legs, and 2", 3", 4" or 5" locking casters.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or product registration, whichever is later. Drawer warmer elements and drawer rollers and slides get 1 year parts and labor plus a second year on parts.
The spec sheet shows cULus and UL EPH Classified (ANSI/NSF 4) marks and a Made in USA mark.
