The Hatco HGSM-1P-QS is the Quick-Ship version of the HGSM-1P Heated Glass Shelf Modular. Its black ceramic glass top spreads heat evenly across the whole surface and holds one 12" x 20" food pan. An electronic thermostat offers five settings from 130°F to 200°F. The modular design lets you set several units side by side to build a buffet line that fits your space. It has a stainless steel housing, is 2.3" tall and plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a 6 ft. cord.
Each shelf needs its own 120V outlet within 6 ft., so plan receptacles along the serving line when you set several side by side.
The durable black ceramic glass top creates uniform heat across the entire surface.
