A drop-in 11 qt. round heated well that holds steam table food hot in a counter, with a thermostat that adds heat only when the well needs it.
The Hatco HWBH-11QT is an uninsulated 11 qt. round heated well. It holds one 11-quart round pan (10 liter) and runs wet or dry. The 800W at 120/240V, 715W at 208V metal sheathed element sits in a stainless and aluminized steel housing, controlled by a remote control box with a lighted on/off rocker switch and temperature dial on a 36" flexible conduit. This model has no drain, so the water is removed by hand.
Measure the cutout before ordering: the unit is voltage specific and its electrical needs are on the specification label.
The thermostat reads the actual temperature of the well and adds heat only when needed, so preset temperatures hold.
A lighted on/off rocker switch and temperature dial sit in a remote control box on a 36" flexible conduit; 72" conduit is optional.
Designed for wet or dry holding. Hatco recommends wet operation, with water up to 1-1/4" deep, for consistent food heating.
