Hatco HWBHI-43D 4/3-Size Drop-In Heated Well, Insulated, with Drain, High Watt, 1650W, 120/208/240V
A drop-in 4/3-size heated well that holds steam table food hot in a counter, with a thermostat that adds heat only when the well needs it.
The Hatco HWBHI-43D is an insulated 4/3-size heated well. It holds one full-size pan plus one 1/3-size pan, four 1/3-size pans, or two 1/2-size pans plus one 1/3-size pan with adapter bars, or two 11-quart round pans with an adapter top, and runs wet or dry. The 1650W metal sheathed element sits in a stainless and aluminized steel housing, controlled by a remote control box with a lighted on/off rocker switch and temperature dial on a 36" flexible conduit. A 3/4" NPT drain with a flat screen makes emptying the water easy and keeps pans level.

The thermostat reads the actual temperature of the well and adds heat only when needed, so preset temperatures hold.
