A 11 qt. round heated well component for fabricators who build their own steam tables, holding hot food in a pan set into the counter.
The Hatco HWBHRN-11QTD is a UL recognized (UR, C-UR) uninsulated 11 qt. round heated well sold as a fabricator component. It comes with an infinite switch control with pilot light and 36" leads, but without conduit or a control box enclosure, so the fabricator builds the controls into the steam table and must obtain UL or other approvals for the finished unit. It is rated 800W at 120/240V, 715W at 208V on 120/208/240V single phase and measures 12.31" diameter x 9.59" H, with a 3/4" NPT drain.

For a non-combustible countertop, cut 11.125" to 11.56" diameter. A combustible countertop needs 13" to 13.25" square and the Hatco mounting kit.
Choose one when you order: 120V 800W 6.7A; 208V 715W 3.4A; 240V 800W 3.3A, all single phase. The well is voltage specific. It is hardwired.
