The Hatco HWBHRT-FULD is a high watt, uninsulated drop-in full-size heated well sold as a UR and C-UR fabricator component. It ships without the conduit and control box enclosure: the fabricator mounts the thermostat control, which has a lit rocker switch and a 36" capillary, and must obtain UL approval for the finished steam table. It has a 3/4" NPT drain. It can be top or bottom mounted. Order it in 120, 208 or 240V, single phase.
The fabricator supplies the conduit and control enclosure; the thermostat capillary is 36" long.
UR and C-UR recognized component without conduit or control box enclosure, so it can be built into a custom steam table.
The RT control has a thermostat with a lit on/off rocker switch and a 36" capillary. A 6 ft. capillary thermostat is an option at order.
A metal sheathed high watt element rated 1650 W heats the stainless and aluminized steel well.
Holds one full-size pan, two half-size or three third-size pans with adapter bars, or round 4 or 7 qt. inserts with an adapter top. Pans are sold separately.
A 3/4" NPT drain fitting with a flat drain screen keeps pans level and makes the well easy to empty.
Ships with EZ locking hardware for installation on top-mounted units.
It is a UL Recognized (UR and C-UR) well without conduit or a control box enclosure. A fabricator builds it into a steam table and must obtain UL approval for the finished unit.

Non-combustible countertop: 12-5/8" to 12-15/16" W x 20-5/8" to 20-15/16" D. Combustible countertop: use the Hatco mounting kit and cut 14" to 14-1/4" x 22" to 22-1/4". The thermostat control needs a 2-1/8" x 3-3/8" cutout.
Yes. Let the unit cool to room temperature before you switch between wet and dry, and never let it run dry when it is set up for water.
Yes. Square pan corners in place of the standard round corners are a factory option at the time of purchase.
Hatco's limited warranty lists heated well elements for the HW, HWB and HWBI series at 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Parts not listed carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco to avoid delays in warranty coverage.
