The Hatco HWBI-S3M is a slim drop-in modular heated well: 3 insulated full-size (12" x 20") wells placed lengthwise in one top-mount unit, 67.5" W x 15.625" D. Each well has its own thermostatic control, and a lighted On/Off switch keeps the settings. The wells drain through a 1" NPT copper manifold with a side or bottom exit. It runs on 208V or 240V, single phase or optional three phase.

The 3 full-size wells run lengthwise, so the whole unit is only 15.625" deep and every pan stays within easy reach.
Each well has its own thermostat and temperature dial, plus a lighted On/Off rocker switch that keeps the setting.
Insulation on the sides and bottom holds heat in, speeds pre-heat and recovery, and keeps surrounding surfaces cooler.
All wells empty through one 1" NPT copper manifold drain, side or bottom exit, field selectable left or right.
Stainless steel wells with solid brazed drain fitting joints, easy service access to elements and thermostats, and EZ locking hardware.
Cut the countertop 66.125 to 66.375" wide and 14.25" to 14.50" deep. The unit is 67.5" W x 15.625" D x 9.56" H. Leave at least 3-1/2" below the unit to any combustible surface.

No. It is hard wired as standard. Hatco offers a factory cord (NEMA 6-30P at 208V, NEMA 6-20P at 240V) for single-phase units with a single control box, at time of order.
Each well takes a full-size pan, or half-size and third-size pans; adapters that hold two 7-quart or three 4-quart round pans and 12" pan support bars are sold separately.
Hatco's limited warranty covers the metal-sheathed heated well element for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other parts carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of factory shipment to qualify for added coverage.
