A UL-recognized heated well component that lets a fabricator build a hot food well into a custom steam table or serving counter.
The Hatco HWBRT-FUL is a built-in, full-size rectangular heated well sold as a UR and C-UR fabricator component: it comes without conduit and control box enclosure, so the fabricator wires it into their own steam table and obtains the UL approvals. The uninsulated well holds a 12" x 20" full-size pan, top or bottom mounted, and the RT control is a thermostat with a lit on/off rocker switch on a 36" capillary. It is the standard 1200 W model, built for 120, 208 or 240V, set when you order.
This is a component, not a finished appliance: the fabricator supplies conduit and the control enclosure and must obtain UL approval for the finished unit.

Yes, wet or dry. Hatco recommends wet operation for consistent heating. Do not let it run dry when set up for wet use, and do not add water while it is hot in dry use.
