A 28.25-inch glass cabinet that controls both heat and humidity to hold pizza and other hot food in 360-degree view.
The Hatco IHDCH-28 Intelligent Heated Display Cabinet with Humidity regulates air temperature while it balances humidity, so pizza and other foods stay hot without drying out. Glass on all sides and LED lights put the food on show. An LCD touchscreen on the back sets temperature, humidity and up to eight timers for each food location. It connects to a water line and runs on 208V or 240V single phase with a NEMA 6-20P plug. Arms and shelves are ordered separately.
Plan the NEMA 6-20 outlet and a water line with shut-off valve at the cabinet before it arrives.
The air flow pattern holds an even cabinet temperature without drying food, and the humidity system balances moisture. Factory preset is 180°F and 17% relative humidity.
The air flow system brings the cabinet back to temperature quickly after a door opens and closes.

No. Hatco requires arms and shelves to be bought separately. The IHDCH-28 takes up to 4 pizza arms or 3 shelves, or a mix: 1 shelf with 1 or 2 pizza arms, or 2 shelves with 1 pizza arm.
Yes. It connects to a water supply at 20 to 50 psi through a 1/4" push-in inlet, with a shut-off valve. A water pressure regulator kit is an accessory.
