The Hatco IRC-4 Induction Rice Cooker takes four third-size, 6" deep stainless steel pans, each on its own induction zone with separate controls. Each zone stores three programmable presets with a four-phase cycle: boil, high simmer, low simmer and rest. A pan holds up to 8 cups of dry rice, or about 20 cups cooked, and white rice takes about 30 minutes. It is fully electric, and in most cases needs no vent hood (check local codes).
Choose 208V or 240V single phase when you order, and have a NEMA 6-50 receptacle on the matching circuit.
