The Hatco Rapide Cuisine IRNG-PB1-36 is a single-hob high-powered/heavy-duty drop-in induction range that drops into the counter with a separate control panel. Hatco's Magnetic Power System delivers 3120 W at 208V, 3600 W at 240V on 208/240V single phase, and Pan Sense Technology turns the hob on only when a suitable pan sits on the glass-ceramic top. It adds four surface temperature sensors, a patterned scratch-hiding top and a 124°F ambient rating for hot back-of-house lines. A food temperature probe, a 51" control cable and a 71" cord and plug come with it.
Plan the cabinet below for airflow: the range pulls in cool air and exhausts it, so do not seal it into a closed box.

Induction-ready pans from 4" to 14" in diameter. The hob only turns on when it senses a suitable pan.
For a flush mount, cut an outer opening of 13.625" x 14.61" with a .453" step down to an inner opening of 12.875" x 13.898". If you cannot step-route the counter, cut 14" x 15" and use the TRIM-PB1-36 trim ring.
The control panel mounts separately: cut an 11" W x 3.5" H opening within reach of the 51" cable.
Yes. Leave 2" at the front and sides and at least 6" at the rear, with two 20 sq. in. openings per unit, one near the intake and one near the exhaust side.
Hatco gives induction ranges and induction warmers a 2-year parts and labor warranty, counted from shipment or from product registration if later. Register within 90 days of shipment.
