The Hatco Rapide Cuisine IRNG-PB2-36 is a heavy-duty dual drop-in induction range with two hobs set front to back in a 13.78" wide body. Each hob delivers 3120 W at 208V or 3600 W at 240V, for 6240 or 7200 W total, which Hatco rates as the culinary equivalent of up to 31,000 BTU gas per burner. User Programmable Presets store up to six menu items with three cooking stages, and two food probes allow temperature-target cooking. It runs on a single-phase 30 A circuit with a NEMA 6-50P plug.
The body is 27.52" deep front to back, so check the counter depth and the cabinet below before you cut.

For flush mount, cut an outer opening of 13.9" x 27.64" with a .453" step to an inner opening of 12.875" x 27". Without step routing, cut 14.25" x 28" and use the TRIM-PB2-SS trim ring.
