Hatco IRNG-PC1-18 Rapide Cuisine Countertop Induction Range, 1800 W, 120V
A 1800-watt single-hob induction range that plugs into a standard 120V outlet for cooking at the line, buffet or demo station.
The Hatco IRNG-PC1-18 is a Rapide Cuisine countertop induction range, tough enough for back-of-house prep yet light and portable for buffets and front-of-house cooking. Its Magnetic Power System delivers 1800 watts from a 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet. A high resolution color display shows power (1 to 100), temperature in °F or °C and time (30 seconds to 10 hours), and a food temperature probe is included. Standard finish is a stainless steel top housing over a gloss Bold Black bottom housing.
It runs on an ordinary 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet; give it its own circuit.
Hatco MPS delivers 1800 watts from a 120V circuit.
Pan Sense Technology turns the hob on only when a suitable pan is on top.
Set power 1 to 100 or temperature in one-degree steps in °F or °C, with a timer from 30 seconds to 10 hours. A food probe is included.

A fully sealed top and conformal-coated boards protect against grease and moisture. Automatic shut-off prevents overheating.

Flat-bottom pans with magnetic (ferrous) bases, 4" to 13" in diameter. Glass, copper, ceramic and non-magnetic aluminum or stainless pans will not heat.
A standard 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet. It draws 1800 watts and 15 amps.
The -14 is 1440 watts at 12.0 amps; the -18 is 1800 watts at 15.0 amps. Both plug into NEMA 5-15. The -18 is not available for Canada.
Yes. A food temperature probe comes with it for accurate cooking to a target temperature.
Hatco gives induction ranges a 2-year parts and labor warranty, counted from purchase or 30 months from shipment, whichever comes first.
Standard is a stainless steel top housing with a gloss Bold Black bottom. The 1800 W IRNG-PC1-18 is also offered with both housings in gloss Bold Black.
