A countertop induction wok that wraps heat around the pan for fast stir-fry without a gas line.
The Hatco IRNG-WOKC-30 puts a wok-shaped induction coil under a durable glass-ceramic bowl, so heat reaches up the sides of the pan for stir-frying and sautéing. It runs at 3000 watts on 208-240V and reaches up to 600°F. Power adjusts in 1% steps, a temperature holding mode keeps food warm up to 200°F, and programmable menus store recipes with up to three timed steps. A 14" carbon steel wok pan comes in the box.
