The Hatco IRNG-PC2F-36 is a Rapide Cuisine high-powered, heavy-duty dual induction range with two hobs set front-to-back. The top control panel runs the front hob and the bottom panel runs the back hob. Each hob delivers 3120 watts at 208V or 3600 watts at 240V, which Hatco rates at the culinary equivalent of up to 31,000 BTUs of gas per burner. It runs on single phase, 30 amps, with a NEMA 6-50P plug, and comes with two food temperature probes.
