The Hatco IRNG-PC2S-29 is a Rapide Cuisine high-powered, heavy-duty dual induction range with two hobs set side-to-side. Each control panel sits right in front of its hob. Each hob delivers 2496 watts at 208V or 2880 watts at 240V, which Hatco rates at the culinary equivalent of up to 31,000 BTUs of gas per burner. It runs on single phase, 24 amps, with a NEMA 6-30P plug, and comes with two food temperature probes.
