Hatco IWB-1 Drop-In Ice Well, Insulated, 1 Full-Size Pan, Non-Refrigerated
An insulated, ice-cooled drop-in well that holds 1 full-size pan of chilled food with no power or refrigeration.
The Hatco IWB-1 has the same angled-wall design as Hatco's refrigerated wells, without any refrigeration or electrical parts. Fill it with ice, set in full-size 12" x 20" pan, and it holds pre-chilled salads, cold buffet items or beverages. Insulated sides and bottom slow ice melt, and a 1" brass drain with a flat screen carries the water away.
Measure the counter: the cutout sizes above are what the well drops into, and the counter must be level for draining.
No compressor, no cord: fill the well with ice and it holds pre-chilled food at serving temperature.
