A drop-in induction warmer that keeps chafers and pans hot on a buffet line with no flame and no water.
The Hatco Palletti IWRM-B1-1313-06 is a drop-in induction warmer for buffets and front-of-house serving. Its 13" x 13" glass-ceramic top drops into the counter, and a separate control panel offers five warming settings. Pan Sense Technology turns it on only when a suitable pan is on top, and settings are memory retentive, so the last level resumes after power-up. It runs on 120V, 600 W, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Black glass is standard; white glass is a factory option.
Three ways to mount: step-cut flush, trim ring (TRIM-IWRM-1B) near-flush, or the IWRM-FLUSHBKT undermount brackets for solid surface or stainless counters.
Five precise low-to-high settings suit a wide range of foods and volumes.
The warmer activates only when a suitable pan is placed on top.
The last setting resumes when the unit is powered back on.
Once installed, the glass-ceramic top never needs removal; the lower housing comes out separately for service.
